2/10/2017 Britt and his crew finished a job for me today. They were here when they said and got the work done. I had an old covered porch that needed some TLC. They rebuilt the front & screened it in. Put a new railing as well as trellis around it. Framed the whole thing in and it looks great. Very personable and knowledgeable crew. My husband and myself are very pleased with the whole process. Don't hesitate on this guy!

These guys are incredible!! I cannot say enough about them. They handled a pretty large renovation and demo job for me and I can honestly say, after working with construction and renovation companies for more than 20 years - they are absolutely my favorite. They were on time or early every day, they are some of the hardest working men I have ever met in this industry, they clean up like they were never there, they were precise and prompt with the completion of the job and most of all - they listened to every single detail and literally brought to life my vision of what I wanted. We were matched with Kent's Property Preservation through HomeAdvisor to do some major repairs and updates on a rental property we own in Tallahassee. Britt was the first to contact me back after making an inquiry, calling within 2 hours of signing up online. His communication is outstanding. This project was no small feat, and we were working on a tight deadline during the holiday season. Britt was so accommodating and met (actually finished before the deadline) our timeline without sacrificing quality of work - he and his crew did a really beautiful job rehabbing a very difficult property. Britt was a pleasure to work with - outstanding work ethic, very honest, practical/realistic, patient, and communicative. We could not have asked for a better experience.
An abbreviated list of what they did: full kitchen renovation, 2 bathroom restorations/renovations, replacement of appliances, flooring (replacement and refinishing), replacement of all fixtures/hardware, structural work, siding, painting (internet and exterior), yard work. It's basically a new house.

We had Kent's team out to our property. We had them work on a laundry list of items: painting our cedar siding (1 side of the house), pressure wash the vinyl siding, pressure wash the driveway, install quarterround in bay windows and install transition pieces between flooring. The team was professional and competent for all these tasks. The outside of our house looks amazing and they cleaned up very well after themselves.

I moved to Charlotte about 6 months ago leaving behind a house that was in desperate need of repairs. I got in contact with Britt from Kent's Property Preservation and told him my situation. He took time out of his day to check out my property and to give me an estimate. Britt worked with me and kept in great communication during the entire process, I felt like I was there! We hit a few speed bumps but Britt remained understanding and patience, communicated often and kept a professionalism through-out the entire process. We contracted KPP to do renovations on our manufactured home. They replaced carpet with lvp flooring in the living, dining, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. They converted old furnace room into a closet. Remodeling one master bathroom, where they removed old shower
